Opens cases on the Texas Child Support Enforcement System (TXCSES); checks for duplicate cases, assesses cases to determine case type, validity and completeness of information; requests missing information or documents; forwards cases to the appropriate Child Support Officer (CSO). Coordinates, schedules, and monitors paternity tests; processes and distributes test results

Develops social histories of residents, and develops a social assessment and care plan for each resident which identifies medically related social and emotional problems and needs. Establishes specific social action plans and realistic goals for each resident consistent with medically related social and emotional needs. Full Time - 30 hours or more per week. Bachelors Degree.

Minimum education and experience qualifications are a four year degree in a social or behavioral science program from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year of experience working in the social services field in a relevant position. All personnel are hired and promoted on basis of merit and qualifications specific to the job requirements.
